Chicago ACT! User Group 2009 Meeting Schedule

 Exchange ideas, learn shortcuts, and keep abreast of the latest developments. Both novice and experienced ACT! users are welcome. Meetings start with a lecture/demonstration and conclude with an open question and answer session. Meetings in Schaumburg run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Meetings are FREE and open to the public. No reservations are required.

Review the newest ACT! version and see live a demonstration:  Learn the top 10 new features in ACT!s latest version (2010) including eMarketeing Tips,  and some customization tips from Alan Lee.

Alan will discuss ACT! for mobile users: phones, PDAs, and web interface:  Learn new and different approaches for iPhones, Palm,  and Blackberry; Learn the differences between synching ACT! with a PDA and using a Blackberry with an external service such as Handheld Contact. Alan will share marketing insights that will help you use ACT! to increase your sales.
