Groups, Reporting, and Dashboards let you target specific groups of contacts for action or analysis. ACT! 10 introduced dashboards. ACT! 7 introduced dynamic groups that use Queries. Learn how these work as well as how to use them for database analysis during this free mini training session
You will learn how to use and do minor customizations to Dynamic Groups, Dashboards, and ACT! Reports at this meeting.
